When will my order ship?
Retail orders generally ship within 1 to 2 business days, and wholesale orders ship within 1 week (usually much faster), unless a shipment date is specified.
What's your return policy?
Orders are replaceable, but non-refundable. We'll happily send a replacement if something arrives damaged but must be made aware of these damages within 7 days of receiving your order. If that has happened, please contact us at hello@muscadinepress.com.
Please note that we're unable to replace items purchased from one of our retail partners. Should you have an issue with an item purchased elsewhere, please direct your concern to the place of your original purchase.
Can I ship a gift to someone else?
Yes, of course! Our retail packing slips do not contain pricing. If you'd like to add a gift message, simply type it in the "Order Notes" box on the cart page. It will print out on the packing slip (along with your name and billing address) so the recipient knows who to thank!
Do you ever have a sale?
Occasionally, yes! We recommend signing up for our newsletter so you never miss a sale or announcement about new products.
Do you offer discounts for churches or ministries?
Yes! We'd love to help you serve your people. Churches and ministries qualify for wholesale pricing on bulk orders. Visit our ministry account application to sign up.

Can you donate products to my fundraiser or ministry?
We donate a specific amount of products each year to various organizations. E-mail us at hello@muscadinepress.com with the details of your request, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
