Retail orders generally ship within 1 to 2 business days to the address provided at checkout by USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the weight of your order.
Wholesale orders ship within 1 week (usually much faster), unless a shipment date is specified. Occasionally, orders that contain apparel may take closer to 3 weeks. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Free shipping offers do not apply to wholesale orders. All orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested.
Once a package leaves our shop, we are unable to control how it is handled by the carrier. Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately so we can do our best to resolve the issue. Please verify your shipping address is correct at checkout (through our shop AND through PayPal if you choose to checkout with their services) before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses. Customers are responsible for paying any reshipping charges associated with a package if an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout.
If your package is lost, store credit will be issued to you after 30 days showing no movement on its USPS tracking. Orders marked as delivered by the USPS cannot be credited. If your order is missing, please contact us at email@example.com.
Orders are replaceable, but non-refundable. We'll happily send a replacement if something arrives damaged but must be made aware of these damages within 7 days of receiving your order. If that has happened, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that we're unable to replace items purchased from one of our retail partners. Should you have an issue with an item purchased elsewhere, please direct your concern to place of your original purchase.
