A Prayer for Advent

Every year, November flies by in a blur, and this year was no different. Between our in-person holiday markets and annual Big Sale, you kept us busy, and my heart is full of gratitude. 

According to my records, we filled 464 orders last month! There was a time when I couldn't have imagined receiving that many orders in a year, much less in the span of a few weeks. What a privilege it is to help so many of you give good gifts to the people that you love! It's a joy and an honor that we don't take for granted.

As the Advent season begins, know that I'm praying for you. To say that it's a busy season is an understatement. I know firsthand how hard it is to maintain peace and joy in the midst of a chaotic schedule. My prayer for you (and for me) is that the Lord would fill our hearts with joy, hope, peace, and love throughout the craziness of the season, and although there is deep darkness in our world, I pray that God would turn our eyes toward the radiance of Christ and the shimmering hope that he gives to those who believe.
