Made with ❤️ in America
Leslie Ann Jones
There's been a lot of chatter and turmoil about tariffs lately, and many of my small business friends are reeling from the changing landscape. Speculation and uncertainty are everywhere.
But can I tell you something abut Muscadine Press?
All of our products are made in America. It's true. That stack of journals in the picture above?? I made them with my own two hands last week. Our magnets are produced by a small business in Illinois, stationery by a family-owned printer in Alabama, and mirror clings by a company in New York.
When you make a purchase from us, you're not just supporting Muscadine Press. You're also supporting all the other small businesses that help bring our products to life.
Take our Bible tote bags, for example. The bags themselves are cut and sewn with American-made canvas by an amazing small business in New Hampshire. After the bags are made, they ship my order to a local screenprinter here in Mississippi, who prints my designs on the bags. When they finish, I head over to their shop, load the boxes into my Honda Pilot, and bring them back to my home studio, where I stamp our logo on the inside and add tags for a final touch.
I share all of this just to let you know that while I'm sure Muscadine Press will be affected by the tariff situation in some small ways, at this point, I don't expect it to have a major impact. I'm committed to keeping our prices where they are through the end of 2025.
So now you know. Our products are designed by me in Mississippi, made with care by trusted partners right here in America, and packaged by hand in our studio before they make their way to you.
Until next time, grace and peace.
